About Us The Soccer Referee Association of Baton Rouge (SRABR) is made up of over 200 United States Soccer Federation (USSF) officials. Our members serve the youth and adult soccer community in the Greater Baton Rouge Area and surrounding parishes in South Louisiana. SRABR is dedicated to the continuing development of soccer referees. We provide a forum for our members to meet and discuss soccer, refereeing and related matters. We also provide ongoing training and developmental assessments for our members. SRABR is proud that four National Referees and one International (FIFA) Referee started their careers with us.
