1. Meetings shall be conducted in accordance
with Robert's Rules of Order.
2. Members may be assessed dues by the Board only to meet the
financial needs of the Annual Budget of the Association. New officials
will have their dues waived for the fiscal year in which they
qualify.
3. In addition to the requirements of the national sanctioning
bodies, members must maintain a requirement of five hours of continuing
education during the previous calendar year and have any dues
assessed paid by the last day of September of the fiscal year.
Attending five of the Association meetings, or other qualified
instruction will fulfill continuing education requirements.
4. Only the President or his designee may represent the Association
at meetings or other functions.
5. The Vice-President will maintain a list of members in good
standing, and be responsible for management of issues of referee
conduct.
6. The Secretary will maintain a record of attendance at meetings
in order to document continuing education requirements of the
membership. The Secretary will also serve as local Registrar for
USSF registrations. The Secretary shall send notices to the membership
of all meetings.
